Vegan Banana Oat Pancakes!
In honor of Veganuary, we are creating some tasty vegan dishes featuring our favorite ingredient, OATS!! We're starting off with a classic breakfast dish because who doesn't love banana pancakes?

These pancakes are super easy to make and no mixing required, just throw them in the blender and pour on a hot skillet! We topped ours with maple syrup, oat whipped cream and sprinkles because everything tastes better with sprinkles!

Ingredients
1 cup Oat Milk
2 Tb oil of choice (we used olive oil)
1 medium banana
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1 Tb ground flax seeds
1 Tb baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cardamom
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until everything is mixed well. Let the batter sit for a 5 min while the griddle heats up. When the griddle is hot, pour batter on to desired size and let cook for 3-4min per side on medium heat! Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
